06/11 Greenham Common

Location: Greenham Common Western Enclosure

Notes: Expectation for this site diminish as we progress into the winter. Goldcrest about the only migrant still moving through. Following on from 45 yesterday, more Blue Tits today, nice!
Weather: overcast with sunny periods, warm in the sun, calm.

Nets: 48metres in three rides of 18m, 18m, 12m up from 08:00 to 10:00hrs
Lure (audio): autumn, BBCCGCFC, Yellow-browed Warbler, Meadow Pipit intermittently

Recaptures: none

Sightings 29 Species: Very little movement, one flock of Redwings west and we heard a Fieldfare. Probably the most notable bird was the Pheasant calling in the woods bordering the north of the heath.
