Location: Bagnor Feeder CES 2023/24.08

Notes: The final CES of the 2023/24 winter, as usual, dominated by Blue Tits with a
few other species including Goldfinch-5 and Greenfinch-1. Some Siskin flying
about but none came to the feeder while we were there.

Nets: 12M of nets, 6M each side of the feeders from 08:00 to 11:00hrs.

Sighting: Kites very active, at least 9 in view on occasions, also Buzzards and Sparrowhawk soaring. A small flock of noisy Siskin in the scrub trees near the feeder probably dropping in to drink from the cress bed. They usually drink just by the feeder in the Winterbourne stream but this latter very fast flowing and deep at the moment.
