Blue Tit: 12 boxes checked, 5 broods of 10, 8, 9, 8, 8 ringed, 2 had un-hatched still warm (sitting) eggs, others had chicks to young to ring.
Great Tit: 2 boxes checked, 1 desertion confirmed at egg stage and the other had chicks to young to ring (5 days old)

Spotted Woodpecker of the year and the first one for a few years I have seen
in Aldenbridge Gully; calling intermittently, hard to find in the tree canopy.
