Headlines: A steady flow of
captures until it tailed off around 10:30hrs. The majority of birds were
recaptures and good numbers of Coal Tit as well as a better capture of Blue
Tit. Treecreeper and Goldcrest are unusual captures at feeders. The matching
visit of the 2015/16 winter had similar numbers but less variety and many more
1st winter Blue Tits. A typical session here for the time of year, the damp conditions
were not particularly comfortable though.

Sightings 19 Species: It was foggy so not
many species found. A Tawny Owl called early otherwise species much as
expected. No sign of the Ravens today. Ian had a walk round the common but found little avian presence.
