Headlines: Ringing condition pretty good, overcast and calm. As expected Blackcap and Chiffchaff beginning to dominate. Last year’s matching visit mainly consisted of Chiffchaff whereas today we captured more Blackcap. Unfortunately, I had to leave by 10:30 otherwise I would have kept the nets up until at least 10:30 and the capture may have match or bettered last years.   

Weather: Overcast, calm, warm, light breeze for the last 30 minutes

Nets: 48metres in three rides of 18m, 18m, 12m, up from 07:30 to 10:00hrs
