Notes: Breezy today but decided to give it a go. Did a two-hour stint and stopped at 10:00hrs when the breeze became stronger. Blackcaps on the move, mostly males. Last year’s matching visit similar except for a couple of scarce species in the mix.

Weather: sunny period, warming up, breezy.

Nets: 48metres in three rides of 18m, 18m, 12m up from 08:00 to 10:00hrs

Lure (audio): misc. migrants, warblers, redstart, swallows intermittently
