Session: 25Oct-2019 07:35 to 10:20hrs
Notes: A shortened visit today, other things to do
and the threat of rain. After yesterday's Radde’s we had one or two visitors who
did not find the bird as far as we know. Ringing-wise things are beginning to
tail-off as migrants numbers out and in drop,. We are not getting much response from the Meadow
Pipits this year, so one today is good.
Weather: overcast warm, calm, it
began to spot with rain about 10:00hrs as forecast.
Present: JL, IW, RJC
Nets: 48metres in three
rides of 18m, 18m, 12m up from 08:00 to 10:00hrs
Lure (audio): autumn, BBCCGCFC,
Yellow-browed Warbler, Meadow Pipit intermittently
