08/01 Greenham Common

Location: Greenham Common Western Enclosure
Session: 08-Sep-2020, 07:30 to 11:20hrs

Notes: Quite a few Blackcaps trickling through today, with some Chiffchaffs and Willow Warblers and what seems to be the obligatory Blue Tit and Great Tit most sessions recently

Present: JL,IW
Weather: overcast, warm, light breeze growing stronger towards the end of the session.
Nets: 48metres in 3 net rides, two 18M and one 12M net up from 08:00 to 11:00hrs
Lure (Audio): Warblers, Misc Migrants, Redstart, Hirundine, Autumn intermittently. 

The last Willow Warbler "of the session"

Recaptures: (0)
Sightings 25 Species: A few Swallows straight through in the early part of the session. A calling single Siskin flew south not reacting to audio unfortunately. Numbers of Stonechats around this end of the heath much diminished today.
