Notes: There was a movement of Redwings through today, some reacted to audio,
and one was netted, our first of the year. Also, another Firecrest (the 4th of
2022) with several Goldcrests. Some of the last were long winged and could be from the north; we have
recovered a Goldcrest here at this time of year ringed in Norway two or three weeks
before. Seems that Chiffchaff and Goldcrest migration through is running later
this year. It is the 2nd best Chiffchaff total since 2013 for week 41 when numbers through are usually in steep decline, and we hope to get
one more session in this week, weather permitting.
