28/01 Snelmore Common

Location: Snelsmore Common Feeder visit 06 of 10
Session: 28-Jan-2018 07:40 to 11:20hrs
Headlines: Another quiet session but only 4 down on 2016/17 visit 06. We had bigger variety of species; last year’s session had a greater numbers of Blue Tit. The nest box pulli captured were from nearby boxes. Apart from four of the mostly early winter periods the capture today is not too bad; would have been nice to be busier though.

Nets: 24metres, a 6m nets each side of feeders and 12m nets in nearby scrub up from 08:00 to 11:00hrs
