Headlines: Another quiet session, a single a Blue Tit, a few Garden Warblers and phylos, on the move and no Blackcap!  We will see what August and next week brings. 

Weather: Sunny, calm early, scattered cloud later, breezy at end of session, hot, hot, hot.

Nets: 48metres in three rides of 18m, 18m, 12m up from 07:15 to 10:00hrs

Lure (audio): Blackcap, Chiffchaff, Goldcrest, Firecrest, Willow Warbler, Garden WARBLER, Lesser Whitethroat, Redstart intermittently.

Sightings 28 Species: The three swifts headed directly south, Swallows stayed over the grassland feeding, a buzzard made an appearance after a week or two of not being detected and was harassed by two crows; probably why it has been keeping a low profile.
