Session:
Notes: It was very windy
when I looked out the bedroom window this morning. As over the last few weeks
I have been quite successful here when it is windy I thought I’d give it a go.
The total suffered as many birds could see the net and jinked over or were bounced
out. Given the conditions 12 is not bad. Two Lesser Whitethroats brings the
total for the season to eight, the best ever. No sign of any Whitethroats
today, Willow Warblers are still about though..

Recaptures: none
Sightings 18 Species: Not much
activity today, everything laying low in the bushes out of the wind. They are
filming over by the bunkers, so all the Jackdaws have disappeared. The
Dartford Warbler was an un-ringed juvenile.
