Location: Greenham Common Western Enclosure

Notes: Quite a good session today in ideal but bright conditions. A good total of Goldcrests and a couple of Chiffchaffs. The Linnet was unexpected; there are not many on the common now.

Weather: sunny period, warming up, calm.

Nets: 48metres in three rides of 18m, 18m, 12m up from 08:00 to 11:00hrs

Lure (audio): autumn, BBCCGCFC, Yellow-browed Warbler, Meadow Pipit intermittently

Recaptures: 1 Goldcrest recent

Sightings 35 Species: Kestrel scarce on the common recently, a few Fieldfare about and plenty of Redwings moving south-west.
