01/10 Greenham Common

Location: Greenham Common Western Enclosure Week 40
Session: 01-Oct-2020, 07:30 to 10:40hrs
Notes: More Chiffchaffs and a few Blackcap arrived mid late morning on; otherwise quiet. Looks like summer migration is ending.

Weather: Sunny, cool, WSW light breeze getting stronger towards the end of the session.
Nets: 48metres in 3 net rides, two 18M and a 12M net up from 08:00 to 11:00hrs
Lure (Audio): Warblers, Misc Migrants, Autumn, SK/LR, Yellow-browed Warbler intermittently.

Recaptures: (none)
Sightings 26 Species: Swallows and a couple of flocks of House Martins over South-ish. No winter migrants except for the Goldcrests and perhaps Meadow Pipits
