Notes: Plenty of Blackcaps but few Chiffchaffs responded to the audio and yet another Firecrest.

1st calendar year male Firecrest

Present: JL,IW,JA,NC
Weather: Clear sunny, cool, light breeze.
Nets: 198metres in 1 ride of 198M up from 07:45 to 11:00hrs
Lures: Audio – Sylvia and Phylos Warblers, Crests, Yellow-browed Warbler, Redstart, Grasshopper Warbler, Scarce Summer Migrants (chats, pipits, thrushes etc)

Sightings: House Martins were very high up seen against the white clouds. The Black Darter was in the net when I took them down.
