Common Western Enclosure Week 37
Session:15/09/2021, 07:30 to 11:00hrs
Notes: A good session with one capture of 20 nearly all Blackcaps. A steady
trickle of Chiffchaffs through the enclosure for much of the morning. Interestingly
we seem to be capturing a few Dunnocks over the last five or six sessions.

Weather: overcast, with some sunny periods, light north
northeast breeze, cool
Nets: 48metres in 3 rides
of 18M, 18M, 12M up from 08:00 to 10:30hrs
Lures Audio: Audio – Sylvia and
Phylos Warblers, Crests, Yellow-browed Warbler, Grasshopper Warbler, Scarce Summer

Sightings: Two high flying Collared Doves Southwest is unusual, and three Wheatear
ventured out to the western end of the
common, seen on the ground and then on top of a bush just east of the enclosure.
