Notes: The only warbler captured was a Chiffchaff. Apart from Reed Buntings, (one
bounced) the reed bed was quiet. Looks like Reed Warblers have finally gone so
we will be concentrating our efforts elsewhere for the rest of this year.

Weather: Overcast early with misty rain that did not come too much, sunny periods
later, relatively calm, warm.
Nets: 198metres in 1 ride
of 198M up from 08:00 to 11:00hrs
Lures: Audio: BC-CC-FC-GC, Yellow-browed Warbler, Reed
Bunting, Thrushes.

Sightings:
Water Rail Calling from the reed bed, Great White
Egret over west, a Green Sandpiper over calling, Redwings high up drifting southwest, two Raven over croaking. An unidentified butterfly did a couple of fly-bys,
disappearing before we could get a decent view; probably a Red Admiral or
Peacock.
