Location: Thatcham Marsh LNR
Session: 10/10/2021, 07:30 to 11:40hrs

Present: JL,IW,DL,NC
Weather: Overcast early with misty rain that did not come too much, sunny periods later, relatively calm, warm.
Nets: 198metres in 1 ride of 198M up from 08:00 to 11:00hrs
Lures: Audio:  BC-CC-FC-GC, Yellow-browed Warbler, Reed Bunting, Thrushes.
Recaptures:(06)
Blue Tit                       ringed 17/07/2021
Cetti’s Warbler           ringed 11/04/2021
Great Tit                     ringed 09/05/2021
Wren                          ringed 04/08/2019, 08/07/2021, 14/08/2021, 29/08/2021

Sightings: Water Rail Calling from the reed bed, Great White Egret over west, a Green Sandpiper over calling, Redwings high up drifting southwest, two Raven over croaking. An unidentified butterfly did a couple of fly-bys, disappearing before we could get a decent view; probably a Red Admiral or Peacock.
