09/10 Thatcham Marsh LNR

Location: Thatcham Marsh LNR
Session: 09/10/2022 07:00 to 11:30hrs
Notes: We caught a tit flock consisting mostly of Long-tailed Tits. Also, it is a long time since we caught more than a couple of Reed Buntings at this or any of our sites in one session, the seven individual were called in by audio lure. We also intriguingly re-trapped another Cetti’s Warbler not ringed by us and not the one from elsewhere of a week or two ago. It will be interesting to see where this one has come from. Quite a busy morning particularly compared to last year's matching visit.
