Notes: July seems to have wizzed by. For the time of year some sign of typical migrant movement through the heath with a few Garden Warblers ringed. Otherwise low numbers, similar to most visits here this season..

Weather: bright sunny clear, calm, hot.

Nets: 48metres 3 Rides, up from 08:00 to 10:30 hrs.

Lures audio: (Warbler), (Misc Migrants), (RT), (GH) intermittently.

Garden Warbler        ringed 19/07/2023

Sightings: No Swift seen today. Birds of prey included a juvenile Kestrel and a Hobby. The Grey Wagtail was the first seen here for a while. Apart from these it was about as expected.
